1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the J.A.H Garden and Property Care website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

2. Services

J.A.H Garden and Property Care provides lawn mowing and edging, garden maintenance, tidy ups and clean ups, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning and free roof and gutter inspections for homes across the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. The scope, pricing and scheduling of each job are agreed with you before work starts. We are a family owned business and Jaysen personally attends and performs the work.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided, whether via phone, email, website form or text message photo, are estimates based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope or condition of work differs materially from what was originally described or quoted. We will notify you of any changes before commencing additional work and will not proceed without your agreement.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Payment is due within the timeframe specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may attract a fee at our discretion.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of booked services. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee at our discretion. We understand emergencies happen and will always try to work with you.

6. Insurance

J.A.H Garden and Property Care holds appropriate public liability insurance for all work undertaken. If you require confirmation of insurance, please contact us prior to booking.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, J.A.H Garden and Property Care's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the cost of re-performing the affected services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

We take care when working on your property and will always advise you of any pre-existing conditions or concerns observed before commencing work.

8. Photography on Customer Properties

We may take before and after photographs of work completed on your property for portfolio and marketing purposes (website, social media). No identifying information (such as street addresses or house numbers) will be included or published. If you prefer we do not photograph your property, simply let us know before or during the visit, we will respect your preference.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without our written permission. We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the provision of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
